Your palms are sweaty at the thought of what you need to learn… so you delve into the black hole that is YouTube to find the info you need.

And not only that but a lot of the “trusted” mainstream news outlets tend to focus on the major, clickbait-y issues in the crypto space: market crashes, jokey coins, and whether Elon Musk’s dog tweets are controlling the crypto markets.

Well, we’re here to tell you, that just ain’t true.

Sure, the crypto world is fast-paced. But, despite what people think, the space isn’t completely unregulated. Depending on your geography, there is anti-money laundering legislation in place to monitor crypto markets. In fact, only 1.1% of crypto transactions are illegal.

And crypto crime is falling. From a value of $4.5 billion in 2019 to just $1.9 billion in 2020. This is because more people are paying attention to this emerging industry.

So now is a great time to get started. But, like with any kind of investment, you need to be careful.

And it can be scary. Here’s what I thought when I just started in crypto:
